Autobahn - Kraftwerk - cover on keyboards

ヘルプ

I watched an excellent programme a few weeks ago all about Germany's contribution to the car industry. But of course the programme producers wasted a massive opportunity to use this tune - adding only a few seconds worth quietly under James May's narrative. The main feature is the left hand's octave triplet paradiddle. This use of state of the art synthesizers was a pioneering sound thrust upon an unsuspecting 1970s audience accustomed only to rock guitar. My guess is that this is named autobahn after the full octave pitch bend which somewhat resembles the sound of a speeding car rushing by.
